We are in east Essex and saw the camper van we wanted in Aberdeen. As it turned out not a problem. We agreed a part exchange on the phone, and from there Nicky and his family team made it a very easy transaction. Lewis arranged for our personal number plate to be transferred and Kevin drove the 400+ miles to deliver our car early in the morning just 2 days after we had agreed the deal. In these days of scams - we did as much as we could to check that this was a proper company and that our money transfer was safe and everything Nicky said and did made us super comfortable dealing with this company. They were fantastic and we highly recommend them . The Motor home we bought was just as described - and we think that we did a good deal buying from Scotland - with the bonus that it was delivered for free. Many thanks to Nicky, Lewis and Kevin.

Best experience ever
Best experience one can ask for. After we found a car online which we liked, I had to check the reviews about the place and I liked what I read. The next day we went to their dealership and had a browse. Initially we looked at 2 cars but we loved our original selection better (Ford Fiesta). We asked for a test drive and Stephen was very helpful, and after filling out a form we were on our way to drive. We loved the car straight away. So when we got back we told this to Stephen and we filled out all the paperwork. We agreed that we will pick up the car in a couple of days as we were waiting for the insurance company to collect our old car. A few days later the car was ready, new MOT, sparkling clean and everything. We both loved the experience with CarJoy and Stephen. He never pressured us or anything, very helpful all the time. Thank you, Stephen and CarJoy, we love our new car.

I bought a car from Carjoy recently and Stephen could not have been more helpful! from day 1 he made sure everything was sorted promptly. he kept me up to date well and arranged everything for me. Car is amazing and in perfect condition. Received with a brand new 0 advisory MOT, my private plates, fully cleaned, the lot. all arranged by stephen! 10/10. couldn't recommend more !!

Can't get a better bunch of people!
I bought a '21 Mazda3 a few days ago. I put an enquiry through at 7pm not expecting a response however got a call from Stephen shortly after even though the dealership was closed, this was the first good sign. After this, Stephen went out of his way consistently throughout the car buying process to keep me updated, sent me a nearly 10 minute walk-around of the car and its features and put the car in for a service (it's 5th in 40,000 miles), re-do the MOT for a full 12 months, double the warranty from 3 months to 6 AND replace the front tyres to assure them a long life! On top of all that the driver Kev delivered the car, free of charge, 8.5 hours from Aberdeen to Newport and still had the time and patience to entertain me and my ramblings once the car arrived. The best part is the car was a trim level above equivalent cars in the price range with the superior engine and was still £5 cheaper than others I was looking at! When it comes to my next car, these guys will be top of the list!

After weeks of car searching couldn't believe my luck when I found what I was looking for on Car joy. Steven replied to my enquiry immediately, unlike other garages I had contacted. The sale was completed that same day and free delivery to ferry terminal arranged, which made things so much easier for me. Cannot recommend Carjoy highly enough. There was no hard pressure selling just polite good advice. I decided to buy the car at a good price. It was delivered to my home a few days later after passing its MoT. Nicky also gave me good advice on my insurance claim. All in all excellent and polite service, not the usual hard sell service employed by some car dealers. First time visiting this dealer. We went to look at a particular car which they had kindly prepared for us to test drive. Unfortunately, one look in the "flesh" so to speak, it was far too small for our needs. Our meeting with Nicky was quite unexpected. Unlike the majority of garage sales persons you meet, need your details, what's your budget, do you require finance, this was as simple as look around and take it for a test drive was his greeting. Very friendly and informative. It was no effort for them to prepare any vehicle to take out which we did. We found a car at a great price and in brilliant condition. We bought it and it was delivered to our door. There was a small issue which we found and this was sorted without any question. A great and different experience than the typical car sales.

He's carrying out an MOT, safety check, Finance check, a full tank of diesel and he knocked some money off the top as well. A very good experience and happy that I will be picking up my new Passat on Saturday.

I have bought many cars over the years from a lot of dealers from east to west or south to north but the quality of the cars and the outstanding customer service with plenty of time and most of all gathering information from me to find the best car suited for me was something that made me feel at ease. Despite having a poor credit history but a stable permanent job and been refused credit by other dealers they took my application for credit very seriously and efficiently. With in 2 days i had my finance approved and on the third day i drove a VW PASSAT CC GT 2.0ltr TDI an excellent example of a well maintained car.
